- An Employee Wellness Programme focuses on the wellness of BANKSETA staff members and that of immediate family members. Wellness Day forms a part of this initiative incorporating health screening interventions and assessments such as voluntary counselling and testing for HIV/AIDS; basic eye screening; body mass index assessment; blood cholesterol; blood sugar and blood pressure testing.
