Highlights

  • An Employee Wellness Programme focuses on the wellness of BANKSETA staff members and that of immediate family members. Wellness Day forms a part of this initiative incorporating health screening interventions and assessments such as voluntary counseling and testing for HIV/AIDS;  basic eye screening;  body mass index assessment;  blood cholesterol; blood sugar and blood pressure testing. This provides employees with an insight into a variety of health and wellness benchmarks, giving them the opportunity to know their health status.
  •  A six-monthly survey which enables BANKSETA and its staff members to see how they rate in terms of perceptions and experience of interaction with stakeholders.
