Her responsibilities include managing a team of investigators by: Deciding if cases reported to GFS warrants investigating Allocating cases for investigations Monitoring their daily output Monitoring the MIS processes Managing the case time-frames Managing the investigation process in terms of the application of methodologies Checking and vetting of the investigation reports Managing the finalisation of cases Managing cases reported via anonymous tip-offs line Helping to identify areas of recovery where the business have suffered loss Business Credentials and Skills: Bo Mahole uses her legal qualifications and her collective prosecution and management experience in ensuring that equitable decisions regarding complaint resolutions and systems weaknesses are objectively identified and the remedial recommendations are made and addressed.
