Pure Innovation, who is well known in the industry for their fresh approach to managing business challenges, has been appointed by the BANKSETA to verify the industry’s training and capacity development needs. Micro Finance Skills Survey |

BANKSETA along with Kheta & Compuscan Consortium conducted a Micro Finance Skills Survey during June 2007.
The main objective of this endeavour was to further support and enable the small and micro enterprises in our sector. This was done by determining the scarce
skills per occupational category, aligning these to a competency framework and analysing the training provider’s service offerings to further determine unique
skills and knowledge gaps existing in the Micro Finance Sector.
