The following provides the details for each of the unit standard-based qualifications.
Please note that in accordance with the current FETC policy document, all qualifications registered at Level 4 on the National Qualifications Framework must include a further 20 credits in Language and Communication in a second official language (in any one of the eleven official languages) at a minimum of level 3 in addition to the 20 compulsory credits required in a first official language at level 4. The National Banking Certificate at Level 4 must therefore carry a total of 140 credits and not only 120 as in the past.
For further information, kindly consult the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) website at www.saqa.org.za or contact the BANKSETA at (011) 805-9661.
