| National Need Learnerships |
|
| National need learnerships will focus on skills required at entry level where there is no intrinsic skills
shortage and where employers have been relatively effective in meeting their
organisational skills needs. The number of learners required in these learnerships will be large and the learners
exiting the learnership may not always find employment in the banking sector. The BANKSETA supports
learnerships that will culminate in generic business qualifications with an entrepreneurial component to ensure cross sectoral deployment and /or self
employment. |
